People tend to be shy about taking everything they want at first. I chose after that because it means that everyone who is swapping has posted and selected. It wouldn't be fair to let other people claim before then because some people will be slower to claim because they're still busy getting their stuff posted. Don't worry, I'll do a post about how it's time for second round to encourage people to look again. That's when you can ask people about getting their stuff without swapping.
